I would not bet my life on this, but my best recollection of the bathroom initial costs were 200K. I believe that was the original amount set aside for the bathroom projects. I could be in error but that is my best recollection at this time. They took over two years to complete and required additional monies for the FORGOTTEN hookups of water, sewer, and electricity.
