Jaime Garcia misused the term FOWL on purpose, now he says. What purpose might that be? And how did misusing that term demonstrate your supposed purpose? He has been exposed as a fraud. Next case. Do NOT believe for a minute that Garcia is NOT running. He is running HARD for his slate that has NO CLUE about city issues but excels at agreeing with Billy!
