Is the FOP aware that Billy and Best believe that "costs are immaterial and irrelvent". The evidence of that attitude is found in their approval to pay 415k for bathrooms that SHOULD have cost 140k, and the CC enclosure that SHOULD have cost 100k, tops, but cost us almost 500k instead! When the money disappears like that there is none left for other projects or causes, like maybe take-home cars, or a new police station. Who knows? Those things may have even been promised to the FOP by Billy or Gym, or both, but wont be possible without raising our taxes and fees AGAIN.
