clarification

Mental illness is such a difficult problem to address because of the lack of logic and rationality inherent in the disease. It makes sense to THEM in their head, but not to anybody else. WHEN did I say show me the money? There was some question in some peoples minds but a rational person or politician wouldnt make a statement like that with NO means to back it up, as it would create doubts regarding credibility.
