A Freedom of Information request has been made regarding the City Managers expense account over the past three years. Lets see how long it will take for it to be answered. The requesters rear drivers side window was broken three days later. Nothing was taken but, coincidence? The front windshield was cracked a month before that, with a blunt instrument.
